AtivCreators
Recruiting Content Creators
The design agency I worked for, AtivGreen, was expanding into a new area: producing short videos for advertising in collaboration with small content creators. The challenge was to establish this branch as a standalone brand, clearly explaining what we were doing while also encouraging influencers to complete our form and join our creator database. This way, we were able to match brands with the creators whose content and audience aligned best with them.

Through the logo, visual assets, colors, and overall page design, we aimed to convey what it means to be a content creator. As a relatively new profession, it represents modernity, boldness, and freedom. We translated these values using vibrant colors, strategically weighted and oriented typography, and a blend of illustrations and other visual elements. The result was a visually dynamic page with multiple attention-grabbing elements at once, mirroring the fast-paced environment of social media where these creators promote their content.
After presenting the brand, the next step is the form to register content creators in our database. We divided the form into steps to make the process more dynamic for users and prevent early fatigue from the amount of information requested. The form is extensive because its purpose, when adding a creator to the agency's database, is to easily identify the influencer, their contacts, content type, audience, and main platforms. This way, we streamline the work of the team responsible for matching brands with registered influencers.
