Point Redemption Store

In a partnership between Heineken and the largest e-commerce platform in Latin America, Mercado Livre, users accumulated points when purchasing Heineken products on the platform. Meanwhile, the points redemption mechanics were explained on an institutional page of Mercado Livre. Our goal was to create a customized environment for point redemption.

Overall, it was similar to developing a simple e-commerce platform. The login is linked to the same Mercado Livre account, with verification done through a code sent via email.
 We divided the page into two sections: one for redeeming points for products and another for entering event raffles, which were not always available.
 To stand out, we focused on visual design to immerse users in the Heineken universe and boost engagement with the rewards.
